Payment

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we’ll send your wines right to your doorstep, free of charge for orders that are S$299 and above. Delivery is a flat fee of S$25. For overseas deliveries, please contact us.

What are the payment options?

We accept Local Bank Transfer, PayPal, PayNow and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) to any billing address in mainland Singapore via our website.

Do you have a refund policy?

Our Refund Policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

We cannot accept returns for any wines should they be corked, tainted or fatigued in any way and we shall not bear any liability based on subjective judgements of wine taste or drinkability.

At our discretion, we will consider a refund or replacement for order cancellation requests or should the wine(s) be deemed undrinkable.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can update your address by going to ‘My Account’ and then ‘Addresses’. Do make sure that you update your information before the 10th of each month, this will help ensure the wines will be delivered to the default location.

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

Simply drop us a line on our contact us page and we’ll send you a prompt to reset your password. You can change it to your preferred password after you log in. Or click here to reset your password.

I can't log in. What's next?

Remember the email address you used when you registered with us? Do make sure that you’re using the same one to log in! If you have lost your password, click here to reset your password. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us on our Contact us page.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What can I do?

Please check your email’s Junk Mail folder, just in case the email got filtered as spam. If you’re using a Gmail account, do check your inbox’s “Promotions” tab. If you don’t see the email, or have another email provider, please drop us an email on our contact us page. We’ll get right back to you!

Delivery

When will I receive my wines?

Expect to receive your wines within 2 working days.

Delivery is done from Mondays-Fridays (11am – 5pm). Deliveries on Saturdays (11am – 2pm) can be arranged upon request as an express request option during the checkout phase. Delivery is excluding public holidays and eves of public holidays. Please see our Terms & Conditions under Delivery/Shipment. If you’re still unavailable, someone will contact you to schedule another delivery – do note that additional charges may apply.

What is your return policy?

In general, we cannot accept returns for any wines should they be corked, tainted or fatigued in any way and we shall not bear any liability based on subjective judgements of wine taste or drinkability. We will at our discretion consider a refund or replacement.

If we don’t have a wine identical to the one we sent, we will replace it with another of a similar value, from the same tier. As part of our service, we’ll absorb delivery charges for the exchange. You may also visit us our store at Bar á Vin to make the exchange.

I have an issue with my delivery. Who can I talk to?
