Ruby red colour. Grainy fruits (grapes, blackberries, plums), complex spicy aroma(cloves, cinnamon) and tobacco. Silky and harmonious, with soft ripe tannins and a long lasting finish. The wine is not filtered and is aged in barriques for 30 months.

Lamb racks, angus steak, stewed red meat, powerful cheese.
