Tasting Notes
A dry red wine produced as a blend of carefully selected grapes of the distinguished varieties. The wine is characterized by a ruby red color. The aroma is complex; the dominant fruity and spicy character reveals ripe cherries complemented with discreet vanilla undertones. The taste is full-bodied, with a velvety structure and soft tannins which enable the long aftertaste and the bottle ageing capacity of several years.
Pairing
Strong cheeses, Italian sausages and various meat specialties. Recommended serving temperature: 12-15 degrees C.
