Tasting Notes
The Kekfrankos is quite important as it gives the body, while Kadarka gives a bit of spiciness to the wine. They aged the wines separately in Hungarian oak barrel for 1 year, and after the blending, the ageing process continued for 6 months. The Bikaver is well-balanced, with a complex smell and taste of ripe red fruits as well as a bit of cocoa.
