Vine group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Vine group grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

2. Site Access

The site is only intended for use by people resident in Singapore. We do not accept orders from individuals outside of Singapore.

Alcohol listings on the Site or Services are intended for those who are 18 years or above, and may only be purchased by those who are 18 years and above.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, logos, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, arrangement of such content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Atlas, and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Vine Group reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue the whole or any portion of the Services, Site at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or the entire Services or Site without notice or liability.

3. Copyright

Copyrights as well as any other intellectual property rights regarding to the product and service offering remains solely with the operators of Vine Group. The customer is always obliged to observe copyrights as well as any other intellectual property rights given.

It is not allowed, neither complete nor in parts, to offer the purchased items on similar or otherwise offerings like Vine Group.

Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to Vine Group; therefore, we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. We hope the policy outlined below will help you understand what data Vine Group may collect, how Vine Group uses and safeguards that data and with whom we may share it.

Through our Web sites, Vine Group will not collect any personal data about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address), unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it (e.g. by registration, survey), respectively, provide your consent, or unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations for the protection of your personal data.

You are responsible and liable for all activities related to your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree and acknowledge that a secure encrypted connection to communicate with the Services can help protect your content.

6. Order

All orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected product(s) and quantities set out in your order upon these Terms of Use. All orders shall be subject to acceptance by Vine Group. Processing of payment for an order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the order by Vine Group, provided that where an order for any product(s) is rejected or cancelled by Vine Group, any payment made for such order shall be reversed or refunded by Vine Group in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at such time.

All orders made by you are subject to stock availability. Vine Group reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.

7. Payment and GST

Payment for all orders shall be made in Singapore dollars.

We accept payment for orders by MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Local Bank Transfer and PayNow only.

Kindly note that Paypal currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards, and the credit/debit cards and payment methods accepted by Paypal is subject to change.

Recurring payments are due every month during all the validity of the subscription that is to say until the cancellation by the client.

Vine Group uses services of third parties, which then processes the payment transactions. The authorized payment provider is described during the ordering process. The authorized payment provider rules its own terms and conditions during the payment process.

All GST and delivery fees are already included in the total price at the final step of purchase. No additional fees will be charged.

8. Delivery/Shipment

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, Vine Group Private Limited will schedule your order to be delivered in 4-7 working days or at the schedule proposed by its Customers, whichever is most convenient and available.

Delivery of orders made in our shop is delivered within 4 days with one week (opening days) of tolerance under special circumstances.

All missing deliveries will not be treated in case the box has been delivered at the correct address by our services. Product theft after its delivery is not taken into account under the Vine Group delivery failure.

Any delivery operated will be done at the address registered on the customer’s account. We will attempt to deliver the order, after that of which Vine Group will contact the customer through email or phone call should another delivery attempt will need to be arranged (additional fees may apply).

In the event that the recipient is found to be absent from the address specified by you and no other person is present to take the shipment, the delivery provider will contact you as the delivery requester to request further instructions on how to proceed. In the event delivery requester cannot be contacted either, your items will be delivered to Bar a Vin and the charge for this trip will be borne by the delivery requester. Should a redelivery of items be needed, a new delivery order will have to be placed.

9. Cancellation

All goods are offered subject to availability. Whilst we continually monitor our inventory to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, there may be occasions when certain products sell out or simply are no longer available. In such a situation, Vine Group will make suggestions for suitable alternative items. We will email you our recommendations and you can either accept those recommendations or select other items of your choice. In the event you choose not to accept our suggested alternatives or change your original order, we will simply ship out the available items minus the out-of-stock items or cancel the order on your behalf as applicable.

If there is any damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours via email or Whatsapp. Vine Group at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product, or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product.

Where any product is to be returned, the customer is liable to keep the product in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it until returning to Vine Group. All products should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Vine Group.

10. Inspection and Returns Policy

At Bar a Vin, we make every effort to ensure that all products sold are of high quality and we take customer satisfaction seriously. Our wines are stored in our 24-hour temperature controlled cellar at about 13 degrees Celsius.

Wines and spirits age and mature in different ways within the bottles and it is beyond our control on top of all reasonable attempts that we could ensure the good condition of the wine. Hence, we cannot accept returns for any wines should they be corked, tainted or fatigued in any way and we shall not bear any liability based on subjective judgements of wine taste or drinkability. We will at our discretion consider a refund or replacement.

11. Promotion / Voucher / Other Privileges and Programs

Vine Group may run promotions, contests, surveys, privileges and other programs, subject to additional terms and conditions which can be found on the site and are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and conditions.

Promotions, contests, privileges and programs are only valid for the time period specified by Vine Group.

The following terms shall apply to the use of vouchers, coupons and codes.

Each Voucher Code is only eligible for a single use and is only valid for the time period specified by Vine Group unless specified otherwise.

The Voucher Codes may only be redeemed by purchasing certain products from Vine Group during the applicable validity period.

Use of any Voucher Code must be indicated at the time of checkout, and all information required by Vine Group must be provided. No retroactive use of the Voucher Code is permitted.

Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher, coupon, code or offer, including but not limited to discounted sale items, unless otherwise stated.

A minimum spend may be required before use of the Voucher Code is permitted.

Voucher Codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Resale, transfer and sharing of Voucher Codes are strictly prohibited.

No reproduction, alteration, adaptation, tampering, distribution, publication, broadcast or other communication or dissemination of Voucher Codes is allowed.

Where you are permitted to return any product to Vine Group for a refund and such product was originally purchased under a promotion or discount, you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for such product. Where the promotion or discount had applied to the entire order, we will refund you the selling price of the returned product less the promotion or discount applied to the returned product on a pro-rata basis. Further, any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning the product to which the gift related.

The operators of Vine Group do not take over guarantee that the online shop is always failure-free available. The operators are not liable for damages of accidentally transmitted computer viruses.
