Intense, ruby red color with purple tinges. Tones of dark cherries, almonds and spices on the nose. It has a fine fruitiness and a great concentration and complexity in the taste. A nice balance between sweetness and acidity and a long, clean aftertaste.
Pairing
An excellent aperitif or dessert wine. Pairs wonderfully with a good Gorgonzola.
