Fragrant, pure and winsome bouquet with joyful dark cherry and crushed strawberry aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, very well balanced with succulent, brambly red fruit mixed with truffle and a hint of black olive.

Pairing

Best paired with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes. Chateau Les Cruzelles is also good when matched with Asian dishes, rich fish courses like tuna, mushrooms, and pasta.
