Deep purple colour. Intense fruit aromas of blackberry, blackplum, grape and blueberry aromas. Spicy with dominant vanilla flavor. One third of the wine is oak aged resulting in mature and well balanced body with soft tannins and a wonderful aftertaste.

Classic beef, game or lamb roasts or stews, or cheese (Camembert, Brie, Roquefort).
